Tell us what is actually going wrong
No pitch on the first call. You tell us what is going wrong, we tell you straight whether we are the ones to fix it. If your rate is already fair, you will hear that, in writing if you want it, and the review costs nothing either way. Most owners have never had anyone walk a statement with them line by line, and it changes what every quote afterward looks like.
Bring last month's statement
We read it with you and break out your real effective rate, line by line, free, whether or not you ever buy anything from us.
Or just tell us what kind of restaurant you run
Type of restaurant, roughly how many terminals, and what is going wrong with what you have.
A person calls back
Judd Alsup or the crew nearest you. Not a chatbot, not a queue, not a form that goes nowhere, and not a sequence of nurture emails either.
Send your numbers
About a minute. We never ask for card or bank details on this site.
It reaches the Equip team. A person calls you back, and if we do not have a crew near you, the team routes it to whoever serves you best. We never ask for card or bank details on this site.
What the quote will and will not contain
What it contains: your effective rate at your volume, in writing. The interchange plus markup as its own stated number. The $29.99 per terminal software figure, the hardware included, and every annual fee we charge, itemized, the same list published on our pricing page. If a Clover package fits your room better, the same treatment for that. And if what you have is already fair, a sentence saying so.
What it will not contain: a teaser rate that changes after signatures, a module list priced later, or a fee that first appears in January. The whole argument of this site is that the category's problem is what goes unsaid until after the agreement, so the quote is built to be compared: take it, hold it against Toast's number when you get one in writing, hold it against Square's published card, and decide with everything on the table. That comparison is one we win often enough to invite it, and when we lose it, the statement review was still free.
One promise on process: the first call is a person asking what is going wrong, not a demo booking machine. If the answer is a rate problem, we read the statement. If it is a service model problem, we talk about the room. If it is a contract problem, we read the contract. The quote comes after we know which one you have.
And if you are not ready to talk to anyone yet, the site works fine without the form: the calculator prices the published market against your numbers, the room guides shortlist systems for your kind of restaurant, and the switching guide covers the exit if you are stuck somewhere today. The form is here for when a person beats a page.
